Field Sales Representative (Lagos Only)

On-ground sales role selling software to pharmacies and drug shops

Role Overview

We are recruiting Field Sales Representatives to sell an inventory and accounting software to drug retail businesses including pharmacies and neighbourhood drug shops across Lagos

This is a field role, not an office or remote job
You will work on the ground, speaking directly with business owners

What You Will Do

  • Visit pharmacies and drug shops (PPMVs) daily
  • Speak directly with owners and managers
  • Identify inventory, expiry, and stock-loss problems
  • Introduce an inventory & accounting software
  • Book demos and close annual subscriptions where possible
  • Submit accurate daily activity reports for every visit

Work Requirements (Read Carefully)

  • You must currently live in Lagos
  • You must be comfortable visiting at least 20 drug businesses daily
  • You must be comfortable with rejection
  • You must speak confidently with business owners
  • You must submit verifiable daily reports
  • This role involves daily movement, not sitting in an office

If any of the above is an issue, this role is not for you

Compensation Structure

  • Base pay: ₦100,000 per month (performance-dependent)
  • Base pay covers daily transport
  • 20% commission is paid on every ₦100,000 annual sale
  • Commission goes as high as 30% if you make at least 10 sales a week
  • Commisions are paid weekly (Every Friday)
  • Continued employment depends on meeting activity and sales targets

This is a performance role
